Savvik Buying Group Shipping and Processing Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 72 hours of order submission. If you have a delayed billing cycle such as Net 15, please note that this may cause a delay in delivery with some vendors. 

Some items on the Savvik website are specific to certain professions or levels of training. Before processing the order to be sent to our vendor, the Savvik team may need to confirm you are a qualified individual for these products.

Shipping Address 

Savvik can only ship to physical addresses in the United States, unless otherwise coordinated in writing. Please do not enter a PMB or PO Box for your shipping address.

If you need to change the shipping address on a recent order, please contact us at help@savvik.org as soon as possible. Please note, order addresses can only be changed on orders that have not already shipped per vendor.

Shipping Cost

Shipping over $75 is free for all products available for purchase in the Savvik Store. Otherwise, shipping price is $9.99 per vendor.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All products are shipped through their original vendor. While Savvik would love to give guidance for each of our vendors in a collective policy, the fact of the matter is that each of our vendors has its own developed method, service, and timeline for deliveries. Savvik will try to give our members tracking as soon as we find it available.
